Stepping in the Sky

Today is 11-11-2011. For those of you who think that it is 11-11-11, who cares? There will be another one for you in 11-11-3011. But I would like to say that today is Veteran's Day for me. I have had several family members who have served in for the country in World War I, World War II, and Vietnam. Even though I never got to see you and listen to your stories, I would like to thank you for doing what you did. Not many people like to leave their familes and friends behind to defend what we have for our country. And then there are the veterans who have passed, for the veterans who are still here, and for the people out of the country now, I am giving you support to you and your familes. What you are doing is the greatest thing anyone could ever do. I wish for the best of you and hope you return safely.
